Learn about SP Technologies solutions from Coperion
In 2025, SP Technologies will be hitting the road with Coperion’s show van, ready to offer both new and existing customers a unique opportunity to experience the latest solutions in rotary valves and diverter valves for powder handling.
During our August 2024 tour with Coperion, customers had ample opportunity to get hands-on experience with the equipment on display. Some used the chance to refresh their knowledge of rotary valves and diverters, while others took the opportunity to ask questions and discuss various process-related challenges.
The tour is a fantastic chance for anyone interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the equipment and picking up valuable tips along the way. We were also joined by a dedicated colleague from Coperion, who traveled all the way from southern Germany to connect with our Danish customers.
During the visit, the following equipment was demonstrated:
- ZVB/ZVD 200 drop-through rotary valve with labyrinth seal and speed monitoring.
- WYK-CIP 100 two-way diverter designed for easy CIP-cleaning.(Manufactured according to EHEDG guidelines for wet cleaning).
- WZK 80 two-way diverter in standard design.
- ZRD 150 drop-through rotary valve with CIP flange, rotor check system, and the FXS swing-out extraction system.
- ZRD/C 200 drop-through rotary valve with enhanced wear protection.
- ZXD 200 blow-through rotary valve with Smart Glide Finishing (SGF) and swing-out extraction system FXS.
